Gearset is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding projects end to end for our Salesforce Dev Ops customers. You’ll be the primary contact from signing to live deployment, guiding customers through technical setup, environments, and best-practice adoption in a fast, high-trust environment.
With two-plus years in SaaS onboarding, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, run risk-aware plans, and communicate with admins and executive sponsors to ensure on-time value.
