About the role

Join the Technology and Business Transformation team as part of the Software Engineering – Microsoft Azure group, in the Senior Specialist, Software Engineering position, where the next generation of cloud-based solutions is being built to enable CMHC’s mission.
We are looking for an experienced Azure Developer to design, build, and support cloud native integrations and applications that power our enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Azure services, .NET development, serverless architectures, and modern Dev Ops practices, along with the leadership skills to guide technical decisions and mentor others.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable cloud solutions while supporting continuous improvement across CMHC’s systems.

What you’ll do:

• Be CMHC’s leading expert on Azure cloud solutions, while also guiding and advising other developers in their work by providing mentoring, coaching and knowledge sharing.
