Lead Software Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

• Design, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments and infrastructure provisioning.
• Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability within the cloud environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on cloud infrastructure and Dev Ops.
• Deep expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving complex projects to successful completion in George.
