Support Specialist

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our growing IT team! If you're passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to assist users with technical issues, this is the perfect opportunity to start or grow your career in IT.

• Provide first-level support for end users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent (an IT-related degree or certification is a plus).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft O2ice Suite.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
• Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
