The Service Desk Technician at Savers Value Village provides IT support for corporate staff, remote workers, and retail locations, operating from our Meridian, e. You will troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise apps, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and support office infrastructure including printers and VOIP devices.
We expect strong customer service, IT troubleshooting, and the ability to handle high-priority issues with discretion.
