• Lead the design and delivery of AI capabilities within a chat-based product interface, building agentic solutions that leverage tools

• Biotech Acumen:
  Experience in genetics, medical sciences, or Bioinformatics is a significant plus, but a passion for the field is essential
• You’ll need experience: 4+ years of experience in product management specifically within an Agile team
• AI Upskilling:
  Use up to £10,000 and 10 dedicated days per year for qualified AI-related professional development (AI certification, LLM workshop, or AI bootcamp)
• You’ll need experience working in a high-growth Series B startup environment, demonstrating the ability to build scalable processes while remaining adaptable
• This role is subject to a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check given the sensitive nature of the medical data platforms we manage
• Owning and executing complex product roadmaps from inception to launch
• With design-thinking principles and utilizing user analytics to drive iteration
