Syntax is seeking an experienced Success Factors Consultant to serve as a hands‑on application expert across multiple Success Factors modules. In this role, you will support full life cycle implementations, lead design discussions, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and help clients optimize their HR technology landscape. You will work closely with project leads, technical teams, and clients to deliver high‑quality outcomes that align with best practices and business goals.

• Serve as a hands‑on application expert in the Success Factors suite of products.
• Lead and support full life cycle implementations across Success Factors modules, with emphasis on Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and Onboarding.
• Apply deep HR process knowledge to design practical, scalable solutions that align with business and technology requirements.
• Lead client design workshops and guide solution design practices and standards aligned to SAP best practices.
• Translate business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend alternatives when business requirements conflict with standard system functionality.
• Prepare, review, and support project deliverables while staying within project scope.
• Support functional and technical leads during workshops and project activities.
• Design and support proof of concepts to validate proposed technical solutions.
• Provide impact assessments related to Quarterly Releases and other platform changes.
• Assist with workshop and training materials as needed.
• Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements and objectives.
• Develop system configurations that meet client specifications while adhering to best practices and implementation standards.
• Support post‑go‑live application activities under a Managed Services model.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the ongoing development of the SAP practice.
• Proactively identify process improvements and provide clear, concise solution definitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 8+ years of SAP Success Factors experience.
• 3+ full life cycle implementations of Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and Onboarding.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of at least two Success Factors modules.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and business practices.
• Experience with data migration and data management in Success Factors.
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology for Success Factors.
