The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in SharePoint development, customization, and maintenance, with the ability to deliver scalable collaboration and document management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server solutions.
- Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms based on business requirements.
- Develop solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications and services.
- Support document management, collaboration, and automation initiatives.
- Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, Type Script, HTML, CSS, and React.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint APIs.
- Experience in workflow automation and document management solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
