Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with business staff to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by the information systems and technology.
  • Determining how changes to the project will affect the business and systems.
  • Providing recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing advice to the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
  • Negotiating plans and time frames to ensure clients understand the anticipated result.
  • Developing and communicating detailed specifications for implementation.
  • Producing reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and coordinating or performing testing of system modifications.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure the needs of the client have been met.
  • Researching and analyzing the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties.
  • Satisfying data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases.
  • Acting as liaison with Information Technology and/or outside vendors to support relevant systems.
  • Maintaining a current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or 5+ years in a related technology area.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Dynamics development.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Dynamics administration.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Practical experience in Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to process complex problems and complex data.
  • Professional presentation and communication.
  • High-level customer service.

Working Conditions

  • This position typically follows an 8-hour workday, Monday-Friday, with specific hours determined by the supervisor.
  • Following an initial onboarding period of 30-90 days, this role transitions to a hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote (work-from-home).
  • Remote workdays must fall between Tuesday and Thursday, or be scheduled by the supervisor, to ensure adequate coverage for the organization.
    • When working from home, the employee should respond to internal and external messages within one to two hours and complete all daily assigned tasks within expected quality and timeliness standards.
    • Working from home must be seamless and free of disruptions. All team members and internal and external customers should continue to receive excellent customer service without compromise. If any issues affect our ability to deliver that level of service, remote work will no longer be an option, and the employee will be required to work full-time in the office. This includes technical or connectivity issues, among others.
    • To help maintain uninterrupted service, it ishighly recommended that employees schedule vacation time, appointments, etc., during their WFH days. The manager should also approve this time away from the desk to ensure consistent coverage.
    • The person in this role is also expected to be available to work at the office when needed for special projects, training, or any other work-related requirements.
