Roadpost is entering the next phase of our Net Suite One World implementation, with a focus on Inventory Management and WMS. Our environment spans 10 subsidiaries and 7 currencies, with integrations including Zone & Co, Zone Capture/Beanworks, NSPB, and Celigo.

We are looking for a hands-on Net Suite technical expert to provide the internal depth needed to successfully deliver Phase 2, while strengthening our existing environment. You will work alongside our implementation partners, independently reviewing technical decisions and delivered work while also helping remediate technical debt remaining from Phase 1.

This is a remote opportunity, and candidates may be located anywhere in Ontario.

• Lead Phase 2 Technical Oversight. Serve as Roadpost’s internal Net Suite expert throughout the Inventory Management/WMS implementation, reviewing solution design, configuration, Suite Script, Suite Flow, integrations, and implementation deliverables.
• Solve Inventory & WMS Challenges. Provide hands-on expertise across serialized inventory, warehouse operations, returns/RMAs, inventory movement, and inventory lifecycle management.
• Validate Implementation Quality. Assess implenetation-partner recommendations, identify unnecessary customization or technical risk, and ensure delivered solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Remediate Phase 1 Technical Debt. Audit existing scripts, workflows, and customizations; assess legacy Suite Script 1.0 deployments; and address performance, configuration, and other outstanding technical issues.
• Support Inegrations & Data
  . Troubleshoot integrations involving Celigo, Zone & Co, Zone Capture/Beanwork, and NSPB, and support the migration and validation of inventory, item, order, serial/RMA, and other operational data.
• Maintain Technical Knowledge. Document key architecture, customizations, integrations, and design decisions, and communicate technical risks and recommendations clearly to Finance, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders.

• Net Suite Expertise. 5+ years of hands-on Net Suite technical or techno-functional experience, including multi-subsidiary, multi-currency One World environments.
• Inventory & WMS Experience. Strong practical experience implementing or supporting Net Suite Inventory Management and/or WMS in an inventory-intensive environment.
• Technical Capability. Strong hands-on experience with Suite Script, Suite Flow, saved searches/SuiteQL, custom records, and Net Suite configuration, with the ability to assess and modernize legacy Suite Script 1.0.
• Implementation Judgment. Demonstrated ability to review existing or proposed Net Suite solutions, identify design and customization risks, and determine when native functionality is preferable to custom development.
