Become a Technical Consultant with Cayenta, working remotely to support ERP systems. Delve into hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure customer environments are reliable and secure.
This remote role is perfect for candidates eager to enhance their technical skills while managing Cayenta ERP and Customer Information Systems. As part of the Managed Services team, you’ll handle system and database administration, address technical issues, and work collaboratively with multiple teams. Your curiosity and problem-solving mindset will be essential in navigating complex environments and improving customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple Cayenta ERP environments seamlessly
• Perform SQL Server database administration and support
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions
• Monitor customer environments for performance and security
• Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication
Requirements:
• 3+ years in technical support or system administration
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure preferred
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to adopt AI tools for efficiency
