Ad Operations Coordinator

Open to 100% Remote- candidates must be flexible to support EST hours at times

Must be able to go W2 directly with client

This role is a medical backfill contract role

Our client is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage direct media campaigns across a suite of advertising products, and oversee the CRM system which is currently Boostr. Strong candidates are excited about rolling up their sleeves to directly manage campaign workflows. Ultimate success in this role is running high-performing campaigns, efficiently managing tasks, and pulling accurate and detailed reporting. You will collaborate primarily with the Partnerships Team, while working cross-functionally with Design, Growth Marketing, Content/Editorial, and Finance/Accounting.

This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations.

35 years of experience in ad operations and inventory management, with a track record of supporting revenue growth.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple channels, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with experience in ad ops and analytics tools (e.g., Net Suite, GA, Excel, Sigma, Looker, Indicative).

• Media / Ad Operations (Campaign trafficking/Campaign execution/QA and troubleshooting/Delivery pacing/Inventory management/Campaign reporting)
• Analytics & Reporting (Excel/Google Analytics/Looker/Sigma/Dashboard maintenance/Campaign insights)
• Preferred workflow tooling experience - Asana and Slack for communication
• Nice to Have
  - Boostr CRM experience
• Nice to Have- AI tooling for improving operations

This is a Contract position based out of Emeryville, CA.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
