Lead Analytics Engineer; Fully Remote

• Maintain, optimize, and scale Snowflake data warehouse, transformation layer, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Build and operate integrations from Net Suite, Jira, and custom apps, ensuring reliable data arrival.
• Own BI layer (HEX), with opportunity to migrate to Tableau or Looker.
• Partner with COO to turn operational goals into dashboards and insights.

• Establish trusted metric definitions, documentation, and testing standards.
• Maintain metric dictionary and clearly communicate data limitations.

• Take ownership of recurring reports, SLA reporting, and client review data.
• Build repeatable, automated solutions replacing manual processes.
