With platform usage surging globally, they require a Principal Dev Ops / Site Reliability Architect to lead the reliability, automation, and security scaling of their platform infrastructure.
Position OverviewYou will be the core technical authority for system availability, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. Working closely with core development teams, you will ensure high availability (99.99%), zero-downtime deployment pipelines, and efficient cloud spend management (Fin Ops).
Key Responsibilities- Architect, implement, and maintain multi-region cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Manage Kubernetes cluster orchestration (EKS) for containerized application microservices.
- Build and refine CI/CD automated deployment pipelines (Git Hub Actions, ArgoCD).
- Implement comprehensive observability, tracing, and monitoring stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Establish incident response protocols and perform blameless post-mortems for operational improvements.
- 7+ years
in Dev Ops, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering within production SaaS environments. - Deep operational expertise with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform.
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Proven experience handling high-traffic, low-latency B2C/B2B cloud platforms.
- Passion for modern Fin Ops principles and infrastructure cost management.
