Security Analyst, Identity and Access Management; IAM); Fully Remote

• Administer user access within IBM RACF and enterprise security platforms, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Support access governance, certification campaigns, and audits by providing documentation and evidence.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen security controls and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with 10+ years of IAM or cybersecurity experience; or Associate degree with 5+ years.
• Experience administering IBM RACF, using Service Now, and supporting compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
