- Own direct mail end-to-end: cadence, creative testing, vendor management, and cost accounting.
- Build instrumentation so every decision becomes reusable training data for AI targeting.
- 5+ years in direct mail/offline channel marketing, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Print vendor management (e.g., RRD) and A/B testing with sample-size understanding.
- Salesforce, Braze, and lead-grain data reasoning skills.
- $90k-$110k salary, unlimited vacation, and remote flexibility.
- 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents, 8 weeks for non-delivering.
