About the Role:Service Up Mechanical Service Advisors are the bridge between fleets and repair shops. From diagnosing needs to final documentation, we oversee the entire repair process with precision and transparency, ensuring every job is done right, on time, and at the right price. Our mechanical know-how builds trust, service keeps fleets loyal, and together we fuel customer satisfaction, repeat business, and company growth.
What You’ll Do:- Be the customers advocate to ensure proper repairs
- Guide shops through repair process
- Document and communicate all information
- Attention to detail
- Passion for learning
- 2-5 years of SA experience
- Experience in multiple estimating softwares and communication platforms
- FMC experience (preferred but not required)
