Задачи- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in line with project goals
- Coordinate daily project activities and team communication
- Plan tasks, priorities, and milestones with stakeholders and the team
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and risks
- Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates
- Maintain project documentation and report to stakeholders
- Support resource planning and workload distribution
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and Agile practices
- Have a technical background with 2+ years of hands‑on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis
- Have 1+ year of managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues
- Apply strong systems thinking, including understanding cross‑functional dependencies and delivery impacts
- Use a data‑driven mindset with metrics and measurable outcomes to guide decisions and improvements
- Understand Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and project management practices
- Have experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or above
- Nice to have: experience with Fixed Fee, running projects from pre‑sale to production rollout, pre‑sales, SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce
