Director, Pipeline Analytics on the Commercial Effectiveness team, responsible for developing advanced analytics insights to inform commercial strategies for pipeline assets.
Responsibilities- lead real-world data and modeling initiatives for patient journey analysis, segmentation, market opportunity assessment, and launch optimization
- collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, and Medical Affairs
- translate clinical and market data into commercial forecasts and strategic recommendations
- apply innovative analytics techniques using claims, EMR, and patient-level datasets.
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in pharma/biotech commercial analytics
- strong expertise with healthcare data (APLD, claims, EMR), and proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS
- experience in US markets, commercialization, and patient journey modeling
- advanced degree in data science, health economics, or related fields
- experience with rare diseases or specialty/respiratory indications
- familiarity with global markets
- focus on pipeline assets, data-driven decision-making, real-world data utilization, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote work setup with occasional travel (~5-15%)
