CRM Program Manager; Fully Remote

• You own the end-to-end CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, and local channels.
• You build and maintain the CRM roadmap, balancing evergreen programs and strategic initiatives.
• You establish global CRM frameworks and lead technology evaluations for local platforms.

Requirements:

• You have 5+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer subscription or SaaS.
• You have hands-on experience with platforms like Iterable or Braze and strong SQL skills.
• You demonstrate cross-functional program management and measurable impact on retention.
• You work fully remotely from Brazil with exposure to global markets.
• You shape global CRM strategy and lead AI and automation initiatives.
• You have significant ownership over technology stack and performance measurement.
