Recruiter; Fully Remote

• You form your own view of a candidate and read what someone actually built, shipped, taped out, or carried.
• You give hiring managers unwelcome news early and change bars using evidence without authority.
• You build mechanisms, fixing what a loop tests rather than only how it runs.

What We Need:

• You have owned searches end to end in more than one domain, technical or go-to-market.
• You have closed senior candidates with better-paying offers and know what they wanted beyond money.
• You turn vague needs into written specs with level calls and re-open must-haves when budget or level moves.

What You Will Learn:

• How a hardware company that actually ships makes hiring decisions from silicon through go-to-market.
• How to read primary evidence about deeply technical people, from tapeout histories to repos and papers.
• How to design interview loops and scorecards a busy panel will hold to, and run a debrief that can decide.
