Data Analyst, Business Intelligence
Manager, Commercial Analytics at Harrow, responsible for delivering comprehensive commercial analytics reporting to support sales, marketing, finance, and market access teams.
ResponsibilitiesDeveloping KPI dashboards, tracking territory performance, analyzing brand trends, and maintaining Power BI data models integrated with Harrow’s data sources. The role also involves defining new KPIs, ensuring data quality, supporting incentive compensation processes, and providing ad hoc analytics to leadership.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Analytics, Business, Life Sciences, or related fields
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial analytics, including at least 1 year in pharma/biotech
- expert Power BI (DAX, data modeling)
- SQL skills
- familiarity with pharma data sources (specialty pharmacy, IQVIA)
- KPI development and stakeholder reporting experience
Specialty ophthalmic or rare disease background, cloud data warehouse experience (e.g., Microsoft Fabric), and Power BI certification.
High Valueophthalmic therapeutics portfolio, including retina, dry eye, surgical, and rare disease products; focus on commercial reporting, KPI tracking, and data visualization; remote position with 10% travel.
