- Support day-to-day management of contracted IT services for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support transitions, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate escalations and deputize for senior leadership when needed.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years in IT client service management, ITIL V3 certified.
- Strong Power BI, advanced Office, and SIAM exposure preferred.
