* Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, including users, roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
* Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards for different business teams.
* Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow and other native automation tools.
* Support users, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
* Maintain data quality, perform imports and exports, and help prevent duplicates and inconsistencies.
* Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and technical teams to improve Salesforce processes.
* Assist with integrations, system updates, testing, and ongoing platform improvements.
* Document configurations, processes, and system changes.## What we're looking for
* 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, permissions, reporting, and automation.
* Experience working with Salesforce Flow.
* Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management.
* Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team.
* Strong English communication skills.
