• Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with transcription software and tools (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter.ai).
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.

• Previous experience in transcription or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with legal, medical, or business transcription is a bonus.
