Remote (preferably Irving, TX)

Preferred Qualifications: Clinical Database (CDB), Operational Database (ODB), or Procedural Analytics (PA)

Responsibilities:

Support delivery of customized analyses using internal and external data sources, including raw, published, structured, and unstructured data.

Incorporate understanding of competitive factors and client differentiators into analysis and synthesize insights.

Use advanced data visualization tools to create compelling visual stories, manage complex data analysis, develop insights, and present to stakeholders. Plan and implement data strategies and oversee medium to large projects.

Research and apply best practices in data source identification and information analysis.

Establish strong relationships and communicate actively with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations.

Use data to influence stakeholder decisions through advising and counseling.

Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and understand current business processes.

Develop and maintain data sets, coordinating dependencies with others.

Educational

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc)

Mandatory

Skills:

Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Azure Delta Lake, Databricks, R, Python
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Advanced MS Excel and SQL skills
Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CDB, ODB, or PA is highly preferred
Experience with SAS, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is highly preferred
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy

Healthcare experience is preferred.
