MAHRS Business System Analyst US Analyst; Fully Remote

• Support federal HR operations for the Department of the Navy’s Manpower & Reserve Affairs organization.
• Analyze business processes, translate operational needs into requirements, and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a mission-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance Microsoft SharePoint sites with accurate, organized content.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Cognos BI, Qlik, Databricks, and DON/Jupiter.
• Support EEO systems, reporting requirements, testing activities, and enterprise HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Five or more years of experience with Cognos BI, DON/Jupiter, or comparable analytics platforms.
• At least three years working with federal HR data for reporting and performance measurement.
• Two or more years of SharePoint content management; U.S. citizenship required.
• Competitive annual salary range of $93,662–$115,000.
