Dear Candidate,
We are hiring for MNC client.
Role: M365 Platform / Tenant Administrator L3
Experience: 8+ Years
PAN India Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant across Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Viva, Power Platform and Copilot.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core View or equivalent M365 governance/admin tools
. - Administer Microsoft Purview retention, labels, audit, eDiscovery and information protection.
- Manage M365 security baselines, RBAC, Secure Score, privileged access and compliance
. - Perform tenant health monitoring, service advisories, licensing and feature rollout management.
- Strong Power Shell & Microsoft Graph automation experience.
- Handle complex L3 incidents, RCA, problem management, changes and service improvements
. - Work with IAM, cybersecurity, L4/architecture and vendors on identity, security and integration issues.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, audit evidence and governance reports
; mentor L1/L2 teams.
