Community Support Associate; Fully Remote

• Serve as the first point of contact for users in a fast-moving blockchain and DeFi ecosystem.
• Combine community support, technical troubleshooting, moderation, education, and user advocacy.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to user questions via Discord and ticketing systems with clear, accurate support.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues, escalate critical problems, and provide white-glove support to VIP users.
• Moderate channels, create guides and FAQs, and monitor crypto ecosystem trends.
