Deployment Engineer; Fully Remote

• You will join an early, still-forming team of Deployment Engineers, helping define how we operate.
• You will onboard customers, provide day-to-day support, and work through deployment problems.
• This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with direct customer impact.

• When something breaks, you pull logs, HAR files and configs, write a clean root cause analysis, and hand engineering a sharp escalation.
• Provide technical support during onboarding, acting as a trusted technical enablement partner.
• Find opportunities to continuously improve the deployment experience for customers.

• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise security or endpoint products in customer environments.
• A track record of strong customer-facing communication and operational discipline.
