We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Solutions Architect focused on strategic healthcare interoperability and workflow transformation opportunities. This role serves as a technical translator between business and technology stakeholders, helping healthcare organizations envision how Availity's platform, interoperability capabilities, and workflow solutions can solve complex business challenges.
The Solutions Architect will partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to drive pipeline growth, accelerate technical wins, and architect scalable solutions across payer, provider, and Health IT (HIT) organizations.
This individual will lead executive-level discovery, develop compelling value and ROI narratives, map customer business objectives to Availity capabilities, and design technical solution architectures that align with customer environments and strategic goals.
The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor to both business and technical decision makers, including CIOs, enterprise architects, interoperability leaders, and operational executives.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-6+ years of healthcare technology experience in solutions architecture, consulting, interoperability, implementation, or technical presales
- Experience in customer-facing roles supporting healthcare organizations, technology vendors, or consulting engagements
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR, HL7, APIs, and X12 transactions
- Experience discussing technical architecture with both executive and technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with provider and payer workflows, including revenue cycle, claims, eligibility, prior authorization, and clinical documentation processes
- Experience designing integration strategies and solution architectures
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions and technical concepts into business value
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams to drive pipeline growth and customer adoption
- Experience with FHIR implementation guides, Da Vinci accelerators, and healthcare interoperability programs
