IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
Partner closely w/ customers to drive & prioritize HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, Security & Integrations technology roadmap & identify level of effort & proactively engage resources required for each project. Requires Master's in Information Systems, CS or related field or equivalent & 5 yrs of exp in HR Technology architecting scalable HR technology solutions across global orgs; leading cross-functional technical teams & defining & executing multi-year HR technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy;
partnering w/ sr HR & business stakeholders to translate program requirements into Workday solutions; overseeing full lifecycle system implementations, including discovery, requirements, design, UAT, change management, & deployment; managing complex Workday enhancement portfolios, prioritization frameworks, & Agile delivery methodologies; establishing KPIs, measure adoption, drive continuous improvement, & ensure operational excellence; conducting retrospectives, portfolio reviews, & long-term capability planning; directing ownership of SOX audits & designing controls, reporting frameworks, & evidence packages to maintain compliance;
providing guidance on new capabilities, AI-driven enhancements, & process optimization in HR Technology; & in executing duties, working w/ Workday HCM configuration across Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Security, & Reporting;
Workday Integrations, including Workday Studio, EIB, PICOF/PECOS, REST & SOAP APIs; system governance, release management, performance testing, audit processes, & SOX-compliant controls; & Workday security models, role-based access controls, & data privacy requirements. Telecommuting &/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to co. policies.
