Danaher is seeking a Workday Learning Administrator to own the learning catalog, campaigns, enrollments, and completions. This is a fully remote role reporting to the Senior Director, HR Technology and part of the HR Technology team.
You will govern learning security, run annual training campaigns, and ensure SOX/compliance evidence while optimizing workflows inside Workday and related tools such as Service Now and SharePoint. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in LMS administration are required.
