• Own and communicate solution priorities, milestones, and roadmap direction.
• Translate customer and mission needs into actionable backlog items.
• Work with technical staff to shape requirements, clarify scope, and validate estimates.
• Balance operational/maintenance work with funded development efforts.
• Support quarterly planning and annual roadmap development.
• Track dependencies, risks, and plan changes, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Partner with the Scrum Master and manager to support team health, collaboration, and accountability.
• Help prepare for audit and compliance activities through documentation, traceability, and process rigor.
• Work with financial analysts and leadership to align delivery plans with funding realities.

* The selected applicant will work a hybrid schedule, combining onsite and remote work. They must reside within a reasonable commute distance to the assigned work location and be available to work onsite at least three days per week.

$117,500 - $235,700

* Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (AS + 9 years or no degree + 13 years).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.

• Experience in product ownership, business analysis, delivery leadership, or a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.

• Experience working with technical teams to shape requirements and commitments.
