• Conduct interviews with internal and external clients.
• Leverage domain expertise to understand client processes and business objectives.
• Investigate client cycles, identify requirements, and develop project documentation following UAL IDF principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of IT or business experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining confidentiality and honesty.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, supporting peers and contributing to group outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more domain areas, staying current on industry developments.
• Experience managing backlog and prioritising tasks.

• Graduate degree.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
• Prior experience in the airline industry.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, and content creation.
