The RoleLumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Program Manager to join the Network Architecture and Engineering organization. In this highly visible role, you will lead complex programs that strengthen network security, modernize infrastructure, manage technology life cycles, and advance engineering excellence across the enterprise.
You will translate sophisticated technical challenges into executable programs. Success requires broad network fluency, strong technical program leadership, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.

The Main Responsibilities- Lead the complex, high-impact network programs from early problem definition and strategy through implementation, stabilization, and operational handoff.
- Create integrated execution frameworks when scope, ownership, solution approach, funding, or sequencing is not yet fully defined.
- Orchestrate multiple programs or work streams with enterprise dependencies, competing priorities, material risks, and senior leadership visibility.
- Establish governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, success measures, and executive review processes appropriate to the initiative.
- Drive cross-domain sequencing and readiness across architecture, design, build, lab, test, change, deployment, service readiness, and operations.
- Identify systemic constraints, organizational gaps, and portfolio-level dependencies that may not be visible within individual work streams.
- Anticipate strategic, technical, operational, financial, vendor, and organizational risks before they become delivery failures.
- Mentor project and program managers; improve organizational standards for delivery discipline, governance, and executive communication.
- Champion scalable AI-enabled and automated workflows that improve portfolio governance, predictability, engineering productivity, and organizational learning
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible program management experience supporting complex technical, network, engineering, infrastructure, or transformation initiatives.
- Broad understanding of telecommunications networks, including the interaction of network hardware, software, infrastructure, planning, deployment, lifecycle management, and operations.
- Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous technical or strategic objectives into executable plans, coordinated work streams, governance models, and measurable outcomes.
