Customer Success Manager; Fully Remote

• Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, serving as a responsive point of contact for routine questions.
• Help execute Bridg's client engagement model, assisting with onboarding tasks, status updates, and recurring client touchpoints.
• Monitor client usage, assist in preparing reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role or strong internship background.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with data and ability to summarize reports in plain English.

• Key competencies in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Exposure to project management tools like Smartsheet or JIRA is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
