AI Knowledge Management and Content Strategy Consultant

A leading healthcare organization is hiring an AI Knowledge Management and Content Strategy Consultant to join their team. This remote role focuses on optimizing support and operational content for AI integration. The position is temporary, lasting from 27 to 52 weeks, with an emphasis on content enhancement within a regulated environment.

• Develop and refine content to ensure compatibility with AI tools and self-service channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align content strategies with user personas and business needs.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for improving knowledge sharing and user experience.
• Support content governance, standards, and ownership to maintain quality and consistency.
• Validate existing content and recommend enhancements to enhance operational support.

• Extensive experience in knowledge management and content strategy beyond basic technical writing.
• Proven ability to write, structure, and optimize content for AI consumption and retrieval.
• Practical prompt engineering skills to enhance content quality and user interaction.
• Support experience with service, operations, or internal support teams, understanding their challenges.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, standards, and federated knowledge models; healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
