User Experience (UX) Intern - Golden, CO The Allegion User Experience team is excited to offer a User Experience (UX) Internship, providing hands‑on experience collaborating with our GSS software product teams. As a UX Intern at Allegion, you will work closely with product managers, software developers, designers, researchers, customer support and success teams, and marketers to assist in researching, designing, and delivering software solutions that matter to our customers and our business.

You’ll be part of a supportive, quality‑driven software services organization that values psychological safety, collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning. We’re looking for interns who are eager to grow, have some experience or coursework in Agile environments, and are passionate about user‑centered design and research. • Work with the GSS UX Design and Research team to help conceptualize and develop solutions to user problems. Support the creation of design deliverables and documentation to help gather feedback on design solutions from internal stakeholders and users. Collaborate with development teams to understand concept feasibility and support design hand‑offs. Collaborate with the design ops team to help define, document, and evolve, reasonable UI components that support designed‑to‑code workflow using tools like Figma, Claude, and Git Hub.
  
  Assist in preparing and executing research activities such as interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and card sorting.
