What's In Store For You:- Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
- Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Citrix Cloud and hybrid infrastructure
- Exposure to cloud platforms and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Collaborative, global engineering environment with strong technical leadership
- Remote flexibility with involvement in global initiatives
- Own and support Citrix infrastructure across global data centers and cloud environments
- Design and manage Citrix Cloud deployments, including hybrid integrations
- Lead platform modernization efforts including automation and IaC adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, business-critical infrastructure issues
- Define architecture standards, operational processes, and technical documentation
- Implement security best practices including patching, hardening, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with cloud, security, and network teams
- Act as escalation point and mentor junior engineers
- 5 7+ years of experience in Citrix engineering within enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Cloud, CVAD, PVS, Net Scaler (ADC), and Director
- Proven experience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud, ideally Azure)
- Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
- Strong Power Shell scripting and automation experience
- Deep understanding of Windows Server and Citrix performance optimization
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancing)
- Experience integrating Citrix with identity/security systems (Active Directory, Entra , MFA)
- Familiarity with application packaging and delivery tools (MSI, App-V)
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills
