Location :

The Business Analyst will help structure and coordinate the client's reporting transformation by driving stakeholder discovery, requirements organization, report ownership identification, and business-impact analysis. The role will work closely with client stakeholders, the Data Engineer/Architect, and Reporting Analyst to ensure critical reporting requirements and downstream business processes are protected throughout the Salesforce-to-Service Now transition.
- Strong understanding of data/reporting transformation initiatives, including reporting requirements, dependencies, criticality, and migration impacts.
- Working familiarity with the Salesforce, Service Now and Snowflake ecosystem and enterprise reporting concepts.
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder mapping, report inventory structuring, and business-impact analysis.
- Experience defining business requirements, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios, decision logs, and traceability.
- Proficiency with Jira/Azure Dev Ops, Confluence/SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and reporting/data documentation practices.
Competencies:
- Highly organized and structured, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and activities within a fast-paced discovery engagement.
- Strong client-facing facilitation skills, able to engage report owners and drive timely decisions.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, translating business needs clearly for architects, engineers, and reporting analysts.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing scope while maintaining focus on priorities and business outcomes.
- Risk-aware and outcome-focused, ensuring critical reporting and downstream processes are not disrupted during transition.
- 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in data, reporting, CRM/ITSM, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven experience in stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination across business and technology teams.
- Experience supporting reporting/data transformation, system migration, or large-scale rationalization initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Service Now, Snowflake/cloud data platforms, and enterprise reporting concepts; deep automotive expertise is not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong client-facing, facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills.
