HRIS Analyst

Our client is looking for a proficient HRIS Analyst to join their remote team, supporting their operations across Polokwane and beyond. This role is crucial for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and effective reporting. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT departments to implement system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical aptitude, a deep understanding of HR processes, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance HR functions in a fully remote setting.

• Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security for employee records.
• Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports for management and various departments.
• Configure and test HRIS system upgrades, enhancements, and new modules.
• Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar HR technology role.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM) and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis, database management, and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical users.
