Senior UX Researcher

Our client is actively seeking a highly experienced and insightful Senior UX Researcher to join their innovative product development team. This fully remote position is designed for a passionate individual who excels at uncovering user needs, motivations, and behaviors to inform product strategy and design decisions. You will be instrumental in conducting a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, translating findings into actionable recommendations that drive the creation of exceptional user experiences.

Working from anywhere, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers, contributing significantly to a user-centric product roadmap and fostering a deep understanding of our target audience across the entire organization.

• Plan, design, and conduct user research studies using various methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research.
• Analyze research data to identify key user insights, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Translate research findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and ensure insights are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring user needs are prioritized.
• Contribute to the development of user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts that represent the target user.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Research , with a demonstrated track record of impactful research.
• Proficiency in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
• Experience conducting research for web and mobile applications, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of UX research projects and their impact is required.
