About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and insightful Social Media Analyst to join their dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data from various social media platforms and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media conversations, brand mentions, and sentiment to provide insights into public perception and market trends.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Identify emerging trends, audience insights, and opportunities for content optimization and campaign improvement.
  • Collaborate with the social media marketing team to provide data-driven insights for strategy development and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media analytics tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying data patterns and opportunities.
