Senior Incident Response Analyst Remote

In this role, you will provide advanced technical leadership within Sophos' Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT). Over your 5+ years in incident response, you will tackle complex investigations, guide containment strategies, and mentor junior analysts. This position demands strong forensic skills and the ability to communicate technical findings to high-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead intricate investigations across various threat vectors

• Serve as Incident Advisor or Commander for critical incidents

• Coordinate response activities among multiple analysts

• Develop investigation strategies based on risk assessment

• Mentor and provide oversight to Incident Response teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years in incident response or cybersecurity

• Expertise in endpoint forensics and log analysis

• Strong grasp of enterprise network architecture

• Proven experience leading incident investigations

• Willingness to work weekends or holidays, as needed
