You’ll work on delivery and configuration tasks, focusing on both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities. This role emphasizes problem-solving skills, integration management, and effective documentation as you collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
• Manage user permissions, profiles, and daily administration tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with third-party tools
• Write technical documentation for built items and operational procedures
• Participate actively in sprint planning and requirements assessment
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features
• Proven ability to evaluate and implement complex automations
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, preferred advanced certifications
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences
