Interacts regularly with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management) and external customers (clinics, labs, distributors) to ensure high-quality adoption and usage of Cooper Surgical solutions.
The Digital Application Specialist is responsible for delivering technical application support for Digital solutions, including RIWitness. This includes
- project management
- training
- customer engagement
- post‑installation support.
The role is key to ensuring customer success and enabling commercial growth.
