About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Dev Ops Engineer to join their innovative technology team in Welkom . This role is vital for streamlining development and operational processes, ensuring the seamless deployment, scaling, and management of our client's software infrastructure. You will play a key role in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure management, and ensuring system reliability and security.

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Automate operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment cycles.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure system security by implementing best practices and regular vulnerability assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a Dev Ops or SRE role.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and configuration management tools.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, CircleCI).
- Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and system administration.
