NEED A TOTAL of 4 SAP Business Analysts and Agile Project Managers for HANA Deployment

We are seeking a EXCELLENT Communicators who can join the Business team who hasability to...You know how to communicate to both the Tech team and also Business. Lead and Drive Client's Business Deployment project team andwork 4 MAIN tracks, within the team and as a key member of the project team. This includes working both with the client's Business and Tech teams and initiatives.

• Strong PRIOR SAP-S/4 HANA experience in one or more core modules;
• Sourcing and Procurement: MM modules, including MRP, SRM
• Manufacturing:
  
  PPM, BOM, Supply Chain: SCM, LIS
• Sales:
  
  Sales and Distribution, CRM
• Finance and Control - FI CO, TM, new GL, AP/AR, FP&A, Treasury, FIN Closing and consolidation

Leading Deployment Business Teams … understanding how to sequence and prepare for a "go live", how they ramp-down, how they operate the business during black-out period and how do they ramp back up.

Sequencing of Events

Strong people to corral people across groups

Must be highly integrated with upstream systems

Who can manage matrix, deal with ambiguity

Who can lead/drive people but do so “artfully”

Great Communications / don’t leave wake of destruction (e.g.)

• 8-10 years minimum PM experience
• Strong experience managing and configuring other supply chain applications
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and drivecross-functional detailed planning and crafting of deployment plans with technology and all business partners
• Expert BSA with experience documenting functional requirements, business process flows, value stream mapping, technical requirements, and data maping
• Agile champion and proficient in tools to support this methodology
• Familiarity with different types of integration methods on different platforms
• Forward thinking with process improvement and even opportunities for automation
• Rigorous scheduling at the task level, with overall accountability at the project level
• Proactive approach and communicate status to manager and stakeholders effectively
• Successfully manage project dependencies and constraints
• Consultancy approach to your work

WHATYOU WILL WORK ON

As our HANA Project Leader for the client's Business Deployment team, you will be responsible for delivering large and complicated

Global and GEO Deployment deliverables for the Marketplace Activation programin North America and beyond.

This role is verybroad in its responsibilities. You will engage with applications engineering,release/change management, vendor partners, as well as strategic partners across client business teams, and the technology landscape. You will deliver allphases of deployment management, leading the transformation within your functional space, manage communications and senior leadership updates. An important task is to acknowledge and advise how different applications interact/interface with each other, bringing these functions together to createa collaborative, innovative, and high-performing cutover plan ensuring a smoothgo-live.

As mentioned above, this position is Global, so you will work with individuals and teams across the world. This individual must be accepting of off-hour meetings. The client team is located in North America and India, but business teams stretch from Greater China,Singapore, Western Europe through North America.
