We’re looking for a Workday Financials Consultant with 6+ years of experience to join our team supporting a client engagement focused on Workday technical build, configuration, and financial systems support. This role works closely with the client’s Financials team and reports into our lead consultant.

• Build and maintain Workday integrations (EIBs, Studio, Orchestrate) to support financial data flows and system connectivity
• Design and develop financial reports (custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards) to meet business and audit reporting needs
• Configure and maintain Workday Financials security, including business process security, domain/functional area roles, and segregation of duties
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support ongoing system optimization within the Financials module
• Collaborate with the engagement lead and client stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables

• 6+ years of experience in Workday Financials configuration, implementation, and technical support
• Hands-on Workday Financials configuration and technical experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Orchestrate)
• Experience with Workday security configuration (business process security, roles, SOD)
• Strong report-building skills (custom reports, calculated fields)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with client teams.
